Festival packages Let's Dance 2021

Rules for using packages within Let's Dance Festival 2021.

• Packages are not transferable. While attending workshops you can be asked to provide a proof of your identity because of the control.
• The package can be used immediately after the payment.
• It is necessary to sign up for all workshops and events in advance because of capacity limits. The package doesn't automatically guarantee available place at the workshop.
• We kindly ask you to cancel your workshop reservation in advance in case you can´t attend it.
• In case of free place, the package holder can also subscribe to a workshop, organized by the festival at the reception desk at the venue just before it's start.
• You can subscribe to workshops immediately after the payment:
  • on-line
  • via the phone - daily from 9.30am to 5.00pm +420 266 190 300
  • at any Dance Centre reception
• Please consider irrelevant all automatically send e-mails regarding the payment of the workshops.
• Cancellation policy: You can cancel the package up to April 30, 2021 with 50 % cancellation fee, from May 1, 2021 the fee is 100 %, and no other compensation is possible. You can transfer the package to another person. Cancellation is possible only by written notice to the e-mail info@letsdance.cz.
• It is not possible to pay the package with gift vouchers etc.
