Application for Let's Dance Prague Oriental Competition

1. The electronic registration form needs to be filled and sent at the latest on March 31, 2021. All details have to be filled in. The registration fee has to be paid within 5 days.
2. All further details (the name of the performance, music, names of all group members etc.) will be sent by other „Final Application details“ on-line form no later than May 20, 2021.
3. The music record should be sent via on-line form only. Any other form is not accepted. The music for Adult Solo Live Oriental category: you will be informed after the registration.
4. The number of competing dancers and groups is limited (10 soloists and 10 groups in each category).
5. All registrations will be processed in chronological order.

   Registration into multiple categories in a given age category means:

   1. Registration of a soloist in more Solo categories
   2. Registration of a soloist in both Solo and Group categories
   3. Registration of a group to in more Group categories
   4. Registration of one or more group members in Solo category
   5. Registration of a soloist from Junior Age category also in Adult – Solo or Adult – Group category
   
   
7. Competitors perform at their own expense. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any category due to an insufficient number of applications. Entry fee will be refunded in full only in the case that the competition is cancelled by the organizer.
8. Only active festival participants are eligible for the competition – i.e. those who purchased at least one festival workshop (with Czech or an international guest). The condition applies to solo contestants and each group member, excluding the children's and junior's category.
   It is necessary to book the workshop(s) in advance (at the latest on May 20, 2021), since places for contestants are not automatically reserved.
9. The time limit for solo dancers is 3 minutes 30 seconds and for groups 4 minutes.
10. Accepted contestants are entitled to 50% discount on tickets (€ 10/ticket) for the Let's Dance Show. If you wish to purchase more full price tickets (for € 20), please contact us no later than on May 20, 2021 via email (info@letsdance.cz) so we can book adjacent seats for you.
11. By participating in the event, the performers give their consent to the organizer to create video and photo documentation of their performance(s) and to use the material in the future promotion of the event.
12. Video of the competition performances by winners of each category is free for winners. Video of other competition performances can be purchased for 390 CZK (approx. € 16).
13. The jury will select three best performances in each category. The jury's decisions are final.
14. Results of the competition (rankings and final scores) will be published at Let's Dance Prague Oriental Competition.
15. The jury has the right (regardless of order) to choose a „wild card“ which will allow competitor (competitors) to perform in the Let's Dance Show which will be held during Let's Dance Festival.

Please note that it is upon you to bear all charges, fees and other expenses of the bank transfer (OUR). It’s necessary to receive your payment within max. 5 days. Completing and submitting this form:

1. I hereby agree to the collection, storage and processing my personal data for the purpose of the Let’s Dance Festival. I provide the agreement for the period essentially necessary to participate in the Festival activities.
2. I agree to using photos and video recordings of my person’s performance taken during the Let’s Dance Festival activities and placing them on social network, DVDs, CDs that can be sold later on. I agree to using the photos and video recordings of my person’s performance for the purpose of marketing the Let’s Dance Festival contest.
3. I agree with the terms necessary for participating in the programme of the Festival / activities organised within the scope of the Let’s Dance Festival.

I agree to making public my name and/or the name of the group (I am a member of) on the list of participants, on the websites of the Festival, on the programme of the Festival, in the theatre projection.
